Erin Golden covers planning, transportation, utilities and government for The World-Herald. She joined the paper in early 2011, and previously reported on manufacturing, renewable energy and transportation companies — including Union Pacific. Before coming to Omaha, she worked at the Bulletin in Bend, Ore., and earned a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Juan Perez Jr. is The World-Herald’s city hall reporter. He came to The World-Herald in 2008 as an intern in the newspaper’s Lincoln bureau. He joined the staff full-time after graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with degrees in journalism and political science. He’s covered breaking news, public safety and courts for the paper.

Jeffrey Robb is the assignment editor overseeing coverage of Omaha City Hall and Sarpy County. He is an Omaha native who joined The World-Herald in 1998. As a reporter, he covered Omaha city news, the suburbs, housing, growth, development, schools and the “One City-One School District” dispute.
